REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chege Karugu alas Hezekiah Chege Karugu (deceased), of P.O. Box 352, Maragua in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.18 hectare hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 7/Gakoigo/591, situate in the district of Murang’a, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession Cause No. 739 of 2011, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Rosemary Waithira Chege, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land utle deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days trom the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I mtend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue land title deed to the said Rosemary Waithira Chege. and upon such registration the land ttle deed issued earlier to the said Chege Karugu alias Hezekiah Chege Karugu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
