REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomson Mwati Thairu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Laikipia/Salama/Muruku Block 1/1320, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas in the Public Trustee Adminiunitetion cause No. 201 of 2022, has issued grant in favour of Public Trustee, whereas the said Public Trustee has executed land an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19, and whereas the little deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in the name of Public Trustee. and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Thomson Mwati Thairu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. ~ Dated the 14th October, 2022.
