GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 12574

WHEREAS Cecilia Nyanjuki Ikua (deceased), is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Laikipia/Salama/Muruku Block 1/1417 (Kieni East), Narok Mutara South Block 1/551 and Narok/Mutara South Block 1/1991, situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the court in the succession cause No. 1035 of 2010, has issued grant in favour of (1) Simon Ikua Nyanjuki and (2) Elizabeth Nyakabete Nyanjuki, whereas the said (1) Simon Ikua Nyanjuki and (2) Elizabeth Nyakabete Nyanjuki have executed land an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19, and whereas the little deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, ] intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in the name of (1) Simon Ikua Nyanjuki and (2) Elizabeth Nyakabete Nyanjuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Cecilia Nyanjuki Ikua (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
