THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Bennedict Papa Mbandu, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.09 hectare or thereabouts, known as North Maragoli/Lyaduywa/2165, situate in the district of Sabatia, and whereas principal magistrate’s court at Vihiga in the succession cause No. 4 of 2021, has issued letters of administration in favour of Rhoda Amimo Mbandu, whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land little deed of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission RL. 19 in the favour of Rhoda Amimo Mbandu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Bennedict Papa Mbandu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
