NOTICE is issued pursuant to sections 6 and 7 the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owner of motor vehicles reg. No. KBX 170T, Hino 500; TRH122-0001340, Toyota Shark, TRH122; LH172-1001147, Toyota Shark, LH172; to collect the abandoned vehicles which are at Pazuri Place in Kasarani, near St. Francis Hospital, upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all accumulated storage charges together with cost of publication and any other incidental costs. Failure to which the same shall be disposed 14th October, 2022 of either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of the sale shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
