NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of section 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of motor vehicle reg. No. KCV 372D, Nissan Note, that has been lying uncollected at Holly Wood Garage, Pumwani, Nairobi, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within fourteen (14) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of all outstanding repair and storage charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be disposed of either by public auction or private treaty or otherwise without any further notice and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
