NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd February, 2022, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1137, in Volume DI, Folio 314/3185, File No. MMXXII, by our clients, Paul Wanyoike Gitongi and Irene Wanjiru Mukuria (guardians), both of P.O. Box 1180-00232, Ruiru in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Maryanne Nieri (minor), formerly known as Maryanne Magdalene Nieri, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Maryanne Magdalene Nijeri, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Maryanne Nijeri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Maryanne Nieri only.
