REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Suleiman Mohamed Said Al-Busaidy and (2) Soud Salim Soud Ali Salim, both of P.O. Box 81479-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, as the appointed trustees of Mohamed Said Suleiman (deceased), are registered as proprietors in fee simple of all that piece of land containing 0.2237 acres or thereabouts, known as plot No. Mombasa Block XXVI/I7, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
