REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samson Walusala Tabataba (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 2.5 acres or thereabout, known as E. Bukusu/N. Sangalo/294, situate in the district of Bungoma, and whereas the Bungoma court in succession cause No. 396 of 2019, has issued grant of letters of administration to William nyogesa Walusala, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to deceased has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said transmission instrument, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Samson Walusala Tabataba (deceased), shatl be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
