K & A, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alexander Sabari Keyaer, late of Bukhulunya, who died at Uthiru, on 10th June, 2022. CAUSE NO. E709 OF 2023 By Anthony Mwangi Theuri, of P.O. Box 28397-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, the executor named in the deceased’s last will, through Messrs. Mugane, advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration with will annexed to the estate of Aloysius Ruraya Mwangi, late of Buru Buru Phase 5, who died'there on Sth January, 2022. CAUSE NO. E788 OF 2023 By (1) Elizabeth Nzaku, (2) Brian Chogo Ludwaro and (3) Edwin Nyabari Ludwaro, all of P.O. Box 30124-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Tom Ludwaro Chogo, late of Nairobi, who died there on 15th February, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) _days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
