TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E70 OF 2023 By Mercy Bisase Mongina, of P.O. Box 83156-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Morris Bisase, who died at Coast General Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd August, 2019. CAUSE NO. E106 OF 2023 By Animesh Hansraj Solanki, of P.O. Box 49160-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration to the estate of Ratan Hansraj Devraj Solanki alias Rasilaben Hansraj Solanki alias Ratan Bhagwanji Vaghela, who died at Nairobi Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
