CAUSE NO. 171 OF 2023 By Dancun Otieno Odalo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Odalo Manyonge, who died at Upper Kombewa, on 14th December, 2013. CAUSE No. E309 OF 2023 By Jois Auma Onyango, of P.O. Box!26-40100, Kisumu in Kemnya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mourice Nyambega Andiki alias Nyambega Andiki, who died at Karateng Ojolla, on 19th December, 2001. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
