Box 82, Kombewa in Kenya, the deceased’s sister, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Achach Anyango, who died at Upper Kombewa, on 4th August, 2005. CAUSE NO. E298 OF 2023 By Mary Anyango Ochieng, the deceased’s daughter, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Zacharia Ondego Kenye alias Andego Keny, who died on 15th May, 2017. CAUSE NO. E456 OF 2022 By Evaline Akinyi Obiero, of P.O. Box 1921-40100, Kisumu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malaki Benjamin Obiero, who died at Texas Cancer Centre, on 16th June, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
