TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E18 OF 2023 By Juliana Ngoa Samuel Maluki, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Maluki Simbu alias Samuel G. Maluki Simbu, who died at Muthale Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd January, 2013. CAUSE NO. E23 OF 2023 By Stephen Nzaku Syokuthi, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kakundu Mukusya, who died at Migwani Sub-location, on 2nd March, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 6th April, 2023.
