CAUSE NO. E197 OF 2023 By Martin Omondi Odaro, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Were Rakonde, who died on 11th August, 1960. CAUSE NO. 211 OF 2023 By Joel Omondi Omunya, of P.O. Box 83, Siaya in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omondi Siduho, who died at Ojwando “B”, on 9th February, 1985. CAUSE NO. E261 OF 2023 By Pitalis Auma Oloo, of P.O. Box 118, Akala in Kenya, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Olum Oloo, who died at Kaudha East Sub-location, on 7th November, 1986.
