TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. E199 OF 2023 By (1) Daisy Achieng Onyoo and (2) Sharon Anyango Odhiambo, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fred Oluoch Otieno, who died at Donholm, Embakasi West, on 12th June, 2023. CAUSE NO. E203 OF 2023 By Richard Ochieng Oyieyo, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyuch Ojwang alias Oyuch Ojuang’, who died at Kotieno, on 5th August, 1982. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
