TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E176 OF 2023 By (1) Stephen Osiemo Masese and (2) Stanslous Amwoma Masese, both of P.O. Box 590-40200, Kisii in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masese Amwoma, who died at Megogo, on 29th November, 2009. CAUSE NO. E221 OF 2023 By John Nyaminga Nyarango, of P.O. Box 858-40200, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyarango Ngoko, who died at Bogiakumu, on 12th July, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
