TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E56 OF 2023 By (1) Patrick Muthee Mutahi and (2) Margaret Wanjiku Mwangi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Grace Chepchumba Cheboi, who died on 22nd August, 2022. CAUSE No. E69 OF 2023 By (1) Sophia Wakarima Muoni and (2) Margaret Wangeci Gichero, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichero Kariuki alias Francis Gichero Kariuki, who died at M.P. Shah Hospital in Kenya, on 21st April, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazétte.
