CAUSE NO. 220 OF 2023 By Jenipher Olima Okwaro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okwako Musabwa alias Okwako Musamba, who died at District Hospital, Kisumu in Kenya, on 7th September, 2007. 28th July, 2023 CAUSE NO. 299 OF 2023 By George Mwima Ndeche, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amboye Andeche, who died at Esikhuyu Sub-location, on 11th August, 1978.
