TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. E102 OF 2023 By Wycliffe Malenge Ndeva, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Javan Ndeva Maheli alias Javan Ndeva Maheri, who died at Kakamega, on 25th September, 1991, CAUSE No. E104 OF 2023 By (1) Wilfrida Ajesa Magale, (2) Crescentia Anijah Magale and (3) Lexinah Iramwenya Magale, the deceased’s daughters, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Makale Okwayela, who died at Serem Sub-location, on 26th September, 2021. CAUSE No. E109 oF 2023 By Benson Avisa, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Yohana Majafu Mbwanga, who died at Chamakanga, on 15th November, 2018. CAUSE No. E111 OF 2023 By Simon Bulemi Shibirikani, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Matayo Shibikani Bulemi alias Mathew Shibirikani, who died at Mulundu, on 13th August, 1989. CAUSE NO, E112 OF 2023 By (1) Robert Siaho Kidakwa and (2) Neddy Muzalika Ong’nge, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jotham Kidakwa Kigalu, who died at Gaigedi Sub-location, on 26th May, 2023.
