E82 OF 2022 By Pius Okalo Obuchere, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namolo Okalo alias Raphael Namolo Okalo, who died at Eshibinga, on 6th March, 2000. CAUSE No. E121 OF 2023 By Jason Amukhobe Lutta, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Wandabwa Lutta alias Sila Wandabwa, who died at Imanga Sub-location in 1991. CAUSE No. E128 OF 2023 By Francis Nabutu Omukanga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Dixon Mukanga Nabutu alias Makanga Nabundu, who died at Imanga Sub-location in 1997, The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
