TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 236 OF 2019 By Eliud Kipchirchir Kogei, of P.O. Box 58, Kapcheno in Kenya, the deceased’s son, through Messrs. Kipkosgei Choge & Co., advocates of Kapsabet, fora grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kipkosgei A. Kemei, who died at Kapsoo, on 31st December, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
