TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in:
CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2023
By Mary Nduta Kigori, of P.O. Box 20-20300, Nyahururu in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kingori Magondu alias Kingori Magondu Kirumwa, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Nakuru in Kenya, on 9th March, 2022.
