E111 OF 2023 By Owenda Odiembo Nyakech, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alex Odiembo Nyakech alias Odiembo Nyakech, who died at Ragengni, on 18th April, 1981. CAUSE No. E112 OF 2023 By John Odhiambo, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Oyugi Mayowe alias Tobias Oyugi Mayo, who died at Ochienga, on 16th July, 1993.
