E32 OF 2023 By Leah Wachera Ndungu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Ndungu Chege, who died at Kenol Hospital in Kenya, on 9th October, 2018. CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2023 By (1) Beth Wanjiru Karanja and (2) Moses Gitombo Karanja, both of P.O. Box 63, Sabasaba in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Karanja Gitombo, who died at Igikiro, on Sth February, 2023. CAUSE NO. E58 OF 2023 (1) Josphine Wanjiru Chege and (2) Salome Wanjiru Ngigi, both of P.O. Box 63, Sabasaba in Kenya, the deceased’s widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joel Kanyi Jamleck Waweru alias Joel Kanyi alias Joel Kanyi J. Waweru, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd June, 2012. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
