TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 9 OF 2017 By Mary Njeri Kimemia, of P.O. Box 1912-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Monicah Nyakaro Njuguna alias Monikah Nyararo Njuguna, who died at District Hospital, Naivasha in Kenya, on 30th September, 2012. CAUSE NO. E22 OF 2021 By (1) Agnes Wanjiru Kamiri and (2) Moses Ngomo Thuku, both of P.O. Box 64460-00620, Nairobi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Thuku Mwaura alias David J. Thuku, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 30th June, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
