TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE NO. 74 OF 2023 By Simeon Jumba Mnambusi, the deceased’s brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jane Makungu Egosangwa, who died at Mwembe Sub-location, on 18th January, 2002. CAUSE NO. E167 OF 2023 By (1) Millicent Anyango Ondego and (2) Petro Omondi Oloo, of P.O. Box 1921, Kisumu, the deceased’s widow and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Fredrick Oloo Misumba alias Fredrick Oloo Osumu, who died on 27th August, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
