TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E103 OF 2023 By (1) Peter Kironji Ngugi and (2) Evan Kiambuthi Muthama, both of P.O. Box 18604-00500, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s father and widower, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Purity Wambui Kironji, who died at Premier Hospital in Kenya, on 13th March, 2022. CAUSE No. E131 OF 2023 By (1) Nancy Wambui Wanjira and (2) Mary Asumpta Wanjira, both of P.O. Box 940-00520, Nairobi in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Njenga Gatonye Gabriel, who died at Makwa Sub-location, on 13th November, 2017. CAUSE No. E222 oF 2023 By Nguku Ng’ang’a, of P.O. Box 1708, Thika in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ng’ang’a Mengu alias Nganga Mengu, who died at Makwa, on 17th December, 1978. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
