TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 151 OF 2022 By (1) Samuel Kagiri Kimani and (2) James Waititu Kimani, both of P.O. Box 87, Wanjohi in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mary Karingi Kimani, who died on 21st January, 2017. CAUSE NO. 156 OF 2022 By (1) Susan Naini Alex and (2) Margaret Njambi Njoroge, both of P.O. Box 55, Rumuruti in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Hilda Betty Tomlinson who died at Charity Medical Centre, on 22nd March, 2006. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
