CAUSE NO. E159 OF 2023 By Stephen Murega Muguongo, of P.O. Box 3800-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s cousin, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kithia Maingi, who died at Thuura Sub-location, on 9th April, 1971. CAUSE No. E175 OF 2023 By (1) Martha Mwari Meme and (2) Faith Kendi Meme, both of P.O. Box 53-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Silas Meme Mboroki, who died at Cottolengo Hospital in Kenya, on 27th September, 2021. CAUSE NO. E179 OF 2023 By Julius Murithi Mwaja, of P.O. Box 703-60200, Meru in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Mwaja M’Mukira, who died at Giaki, on 28th August, 2020.
