Box 224-30200, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Christopher Wafula Wandati, who died at District Hospital, Kitale in Kenya, on 14th February, 1985, CAUSE No. E14 OF 2023 By Samuel Kimani Mwangi, of P.O. Box 1915, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Margaret Wangari Mwangi, who died at Kitale, on 8th September, 2019. CAUSE NO. E27 OF 2023 By Aggrey Ratemo Adeh, of P.O. Box 349, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Peter Kagunda Adaji, who died at Amuka, on 10th August, 2020. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
