TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No. E53 OF 2023 By (1) Julia Waithera Chege and (2) James Mugo Ngure, both of P.O. Box 52, Elburgon in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Leah Wangari Chege, who died at Elburgon Sub-county Hospital in Kenya. CAUSE No. E69 OF 2023 By (1) Joyce Nyaboke Onywere and (2) Phyneas Onywere Momanyi, both of P.O. Box !, Londiani in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Aloys Momanyi Bikeri, who died at Kehancha School. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
