Box 229, Kisii in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michira Machuki, who died at Motembe, on 12th September, 1991. 14th July, 2023 CAUSE No. E61 OF 2023 By Norah Gesare Monubi, of P.O. Box 200, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mogaka Nchoga, who died at Ikonge, on 4th April, 1998. CAUSE NO. E62 OF 2023 By Robert Ondieki Gichana, of P.O. Box 200, Ikonge in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gichana Nyang’au, who died at Ogango, on 7th April, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
