E12 OF 2023 By Jacob Mwazighe Mwandisha, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mwandisha Mwazighe Mwaivu, who died at Mraru Sub-location, on 9th May, 2002. CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2023 By Patrick N. Mbinga, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jonathan Mbinga Ileli, who died at Provincial General Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd October, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
