TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E86 OF 2023 By Nelson Lomani Muchai, of P.O. Box 2120-00218, Ngecha in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Naomi Njeri Muchai alias Naomi Njeri Mucai, who died on 14th March, 2014. CAUSE NO. E124 oF 2023 By (1) Paul Kiarie Chege and (2) Moses Kang’ara Chege, both of P.O. Box 1012-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s son and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Teresia Wamaitha Ngigi Njenga alias Teresia Wamaitha Ngigi, who died on 3rd December, 1993. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
