TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E13 OF 2023 By (1) Zebidah Wanjiku Kago and (2) Moses Kagwima Kago, both of P.O. Box 51-00902, Kikuyu in Kenya, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Alice Njeri Kago, who died on 29th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenva Gazette.
