TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E113 OF 2023 By (1) Joseph Kamau Ndungu and (2) Stephen Njenga Ndungu, both of P.O. Box 469-00900, Kiambu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Geoffrey Ndungu Ngaruiya, who died at Kenyatta National Hospital in Kenya, on 2nd April, 2021. CAUSE No. E51 OF 2023 By Wanjiru Kiarie, of P.O. Box 15171-00509, Nairobi in Kenya, for grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kariithi Kiarii, who died on 16th September, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
