TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E151 OF 2022 By (1) Moses Wagude Were and (2) Alex Giko Were, the deceased’s sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Jechoniah Were Ongoro, who died at Bloom Surgical Centre, on 28th August, 2021. CAUSE NO. E88 OF 2023 By Fredrick Odhiambo Onyango, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Romanus Obute Aguda, who died on 10th November, 1992. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
