TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E30 OF 2023 By (1) Samuel Okumu Ogutu and (2) Rosa Ngesa Odhiambo, of P.O. Box 19, Uranga in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson and granddaughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Mariana Akech Akeye, who died at Uradi Health Centre. CAUSE NO. 171 OF 2023 By Stephene Owele Ondiege, of P.O. Box 15, Ng’iya in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of James Midimo Adigo alias James Midima alias Midimo Adigo, who died at Wagai Sub-location, on 26th October, 1973. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette Dated the 8th May, 2022.
