E26 OF 2023 By Elijah Kigumbu Magaga, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Kifumbu Ikonya alias Jafetha Kifumbu Igonya, who died at Itegero Sub- location, on 4th September, 1996. CAUSE NO.
