CAUSE No. E95 OF 2023 By (1) Ezekiel Ombunya Okiya and (2) Peter Oduor Okiya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Okiya Achungo, who died at Dudi, on 3d April, 1997. CAUSE No. E101 OF 2023 By Isaac Were Watako, the deceased’s son, for a grant of Setters of administration intestate to the estate of Ochwachi Watako Malaba alias Watako Malaba, who died at Khalaba, in 2013. Cause No. E103 OF 2023 By Joseph Omolo Mwenje, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ali Mwenje Amasongole, who died at Ebushitinji, in 2013. CAUSE No. E145 OF 2023 By Joyce Bulimo Muzambai, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Japheth Muyia Chiteri, who died in 2022.
