CAUSE NO. E98 OF 2023 By Harrison Mukolwe Ashiali, the deceased’s nephew, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chiriswa Abuyabo Mukolwe, who died at Ibokolo, in 1974. CAUSE No. E102 OF 2023 By Wycliffe Madara Malika, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Malika Andete Abudala, who died at Mushiangubu, in 2007. CAUSE NO. E152 OF 2023 By Consolata Anyango Omoro, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nashon Omoro Ong’ong’o alias Ong’ong’o Omoro, who died at Mahaka, in 1993.
