TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E164 OF 2022 By Charles Nangalama, of P.O. Box 124, Webuye in Kenya, the deceased’s grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kisia Lunani Musiama, who died at Mabuye Sub-location, on 17th March, 1974. CAUSE NO. 63 OF 2023 By Kasim Musonofa, of P.O. Box 65, Malava in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ibrahim Lumbasi, who died at Kakunga Sub-location, on 19th July, 2008. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
