TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court CAUSE No, E164 OF 2023 By Gabriel Kaisa Ngala, of P.O. Box 86042-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Raymond Kaisa Ngala, who died at Sayyida Fatimah Hospital, on 8th August, 2023. CAUSE NO. E169 OF 2023 By (1) Dorcas Christine Ogaye and (2) Abdalla Omar Ngozi, both of P.O. Box 90131-80100, Mombasa in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Omar Abdallah Juma Ngozi, who died at Mtopanga Estate, on 21st June, 2023. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
