Box 7210-20100, Nakuru in Kenya, the deceased’s widow and brother, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Kiplangat Ngeno, who died at A.HF., Engineering Department Kericho, on 7th August, 2001 CAUSE NO. E245 OF 2023 By Hannah Wanjiku Ngugi, of P.O. Box 50, Subukia in Kenya, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngugi Kamau alias Ngugi s/o Kamau, who died at Kandisi, on ist June, 2007. E348 OF 2023 By Mary Kerubo Anyona, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Isaac Anyona Omwoyo, who died at Wendo Sub-location, on 8th May, 2018. CAUSE NO. E379 OF 2023 By (1) Kariuki Apollo and (2) Dorcas Wambui Apollo, both of P.O. Box 1990-20117, Naivasha in Kenya, the deceased’s son and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Apolo Chege Karanja, who died at Thayu Sub-location, on 20th August, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
