E139 OF 2023 By Esther Apiyo Okumu, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Obwaga Okumu alias John Okumu Obwago alias Obiero Obwago. who died on 31st January, 1995. CAUSE NO. E243 OF 2023 By Michael Bonyo Olilo in Kenya, the deceased’s son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Lukas Olilo Buonyo alias Lucas Olilo Bonyo, who died at Korando “A”, on 26th August, 2011. CAUSE NO. E421 OF 2023 By (1) Wilsfrida Anyango Bunde and (2) Augustine Ooko Bunde, the deceased’s widow and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Sabianus Bunde Rabugi alias Pabiano Bunde Aboge alias Sabiano Bunde Rabugi, who died at Wathorego, Kisumu, on {3th January, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
