TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E54 oF 2023 By (1) William Awuonda Aol, (2) Charles Odhiambo Aol, (3) Jane Odoyo Agalo and (4) Joab Odhiambo Aol, all of P.O. Box 650—40100, Kisumu in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Shadrack Aol alias Shadrack Aol Agalo, who died at Koyaro, Nyalunya Sub-location, on 23rd September, 1991. CAUSE NO. E359 OF 2023 By (1) Mollyne Anyango and (2) Collins Onyango Otieno, the deceased’s daughter and son, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Caroline Achieng Otieno, who died at Manyatta “B”, on 24th April, 2008. CAUSE NO. E412 OF 2023 By Masela Aoko Ungudi, the deceased’s widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Titakus Amesi alias Ames Nyumba alias Didacus Ames Nyumba, who died at Chiga, Kisumu, on 16th February, 2002. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
