TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court In: CAUSE NO. 274 OF 2023 By Thomas Lukendo Wanyonyi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Anyonyi Lukendo Wekulo alias Wanyonyi Lukendo, who died at Watoya Sub-location, on 23rd October, 2004. CAUSE NO. 275 OF 2023 By Hudson Namaswa Khisa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Barnabas Khisa alias Barnaba Khisa, who died at Lugulu Mission Hospital, on 23rd December, 1982. CAUSE NO. 309 OF 2023 By Beatrice Isabari Ichingwa, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Stephen Makasi Wambaya, who died at Kisawayi, on 13th November, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
