TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E409 OF 2023 By (1) Jimnah Kamau Evans alias Giymnah Mukuria, (2) David Ngudi Kiragu, (3) Ruth Ruguru Kamau, (4) Melisa Ayoti Mwaura and (5) Loise Wambui Mungai, all of P.O. Box 551-00625, Kangemi in Kenya, the deceased’s sons, daughter and daughters-in-law, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Cecelia Nduta Kamau, who died at Kiambu, on Ist June, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
