OF 2023 By Isack Miriti M’Kirichia, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Kirichia M’Atheru, who died at Maua Methodist Hospital in Kenya, on 12th April, 2017. CAUSE NO. E180 OF 2023 By Peter Kabilu Nabea, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M’Nabea Thambaiyu, who died at Kirindara, on 2nd April, 1985. CAUSE NO. E183 OF 2023 By Joel Kithela M’Anampiu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Ngondu Imunya, who died at Itumi, on 24th June, 2000. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
